My name is Vishali Shahin. I am so glad you have come to this site. Who am I and what do I do? I have been a Registered Nurse since 1978. In that time I have studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy along with many energetic healing modalities. I have always sought out ways to transform and heal my own life which invariably has helped to transform and heal others.

One of the most profound experiences that I have had occurred during a talk years ago. A teacher said "The fastest way to spiritually evolve is just to be kind to each other". I remember being completely dumbfounded by the simplicity of that statement . I thought "That's it, just be kind to each other?! I can do that!"

But it was not until a few years ago, when the same message again came to me, that I decided to put it on a t-shirt.

I was drawn by the feeling of bringing people together in the realization that there is no difference between us, and that the act of being kind dissolves distrust and fear. Such an approach opens people's hearts to each other. We are able to feel love, to see the solutions instead of focusing on the problems.

The fact is we are all one human family. We have all heard that before. But now quantum physics has proved we are one vibrant energy. Therefore being kind to each other is really being kind to yourself. How you treat others is really how you treat yourself and how you feel you deserve to be treated.

Healing and unifying ourselves can only ripple forward in this world.

Caroline Myss once used the analogy of two clouds in the sky (Excuse me Caroline, if I am wildly paraphrasing here). Every time we have a negative emotion or outburst, that energy goes to one cloud. And every time we have a loving, kind or unifying thought, that energy goes to another cloud. When either cloud fills to capacity, it will discharge somewhere on the planet, having a certain effect. So to which cloud do you want to contribute most? I have to tell you that one visualization was enough for me to let go of any tension while I was driving, otherwise known as road rage. It led me to having a serious desire to contribute to the well being of others -- as well as my own well being.

It really is the seemingly little things that make changes in people's lives. As a nurse I am always surprised whenever a patient thanks me for making their hospital stay great. I have received so many compliments from patients after giving what I thought was normal care. The added touch I believe is my ability to be caring, kind and attentive, which makes people feel safe in such an unfamiliar and scary place like a hospital. So many nurses have these qualities inherent in who they are that I just took all that for granted, not realizing the resultant impact on the patient.

It wasn't until I was a patient in the hospital after a car accident ( I was fine, but overnight observation was necessary) that I got it. Everyone in this hospital was professional and caring. I had no complaints at all, but it was a nurse's aid who held my hand and said "Don't you worry honey, we are going to take good care of you." And I felt love from her kind words. All my attention riveted on her and I felt safe and cared for. Her kindness pervaded my entire stay. That one seemingly little gesture of reaching out made a huge difference to me -- obvously, since I am still speaking about it! ...So simple, yet so profound!

It's natural that any act of kindness gets paid forward. It is a natural expression of who we are and it empowers us and everyone around us.

Being a hypnotherapist is really all about directing people's attention to a higher, more positive way of thinking and being, allowing the person/client to make a shift for oneself toward more positive thoughts. As people read these t-shirts a seed is planted and they can't help but consider the wisdom of the message. Imagine what it would be like to plant seeds of kindness just by wearing a t-shirt!

It is the smallest of kindnesses that can cause people to just light up....

I have experienced my own transformation in life in just being more accepting of people, and of course accepting myself. The time has come to bring people together with the simple idea that can be passed on so easily.

What better way to direct people's attention to a peaceful solution than to wear it!

Be Kind To Each Other t-shirts promote a connecting, unifying message that is important now nore than ever. A gentle reminder worn with love.
